Da es sich um ein Service Packet handelt zeigen diese Screenshots natürlich nichts spektakuläres. Das SP1 für Windows 7 wird wie schon von Windows Vista bekannt über das Windows Update vertrieben und 150MB gross sein, auch die Installationsroutine scheint der von Vista sehr zu ähneln. Laut einiger Spekulationen aber soll das SP1 USB3 Unterstützung und ein verbesserten WLAN Support liefern.
